We can ship handrails with UPS up to 8 foot long, however an additonal charge for online orders will be added to your shipping of a one time charge of $40.00 as our online ordering system cant calculate these length direct from the UPS site because of their length. We will notify you if this would occurs. Orders placed with the states of Arizona will have tax applied to their final invoice unless tax exemption numbers are given at time of order.
Residential deliverys with UPS will receive an additonal $10.00 charge if placed online, our online system is defaulted to have our shipments sent to a commercial address therefore any residential delivery will have an additional $10.00 one time fee ( dosent matter how many packages in the shipment ) Please note any discount codes used at the end of checkout will have certain restrictions. Discount codes can't be used towards products already on sale, matching balusters, tubing balusters or powder coating, taxes and shipping.

Custom Ornamental Iron Works will make every effort to ensure that your order will be shipped to the highest standards of quality. All orders, large and small, are shipped with the same care and attention. Upon receiving your order any damages, overage's or shortages must be reported to Custom Ornamental Iron Works within 2 business days of receiving the shipment. (1-866-464-4766 ). Please open your package immediately upon delivery. Custom Ornamental Iron Works will not be held responsible for any problems not reported to us within the first 48 hours after the package is listed as delivered by the shipping service. Please also note that the shipping method may be by a different carrier then stated online.
Orders in US Currency will be shipped from our US Head Office. Canadian Currency orders will be shipped from our Canadian Head Office. Orders placed online or over the phone/fax in Canada/Canadian Currency must be shipped to a Canadian Address. Orders placed in USA/US Currency must be shipped to a US address. In some situations Shipping is provided from outside the country you reside in and Custom Iron Works will pay any additional duty or taxes for you.
All returns must be authorized by one of our sales rep's and made within 10 business days of delivery or pick-up. Returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking charge – minimum charge for restocking: $50.00. After 10 business days Returns may still be considered but the restocking charge will be increased to 45%. No returns will be accepted on custom work at any time. Any returns must be shipped back to the same location where the products originally were shipped. All products powder coated are a final sale. Any Stainless steel items are final sale. Cost of returning goods is the customer’s responsibility unless the error is Custom Ornamental Iron Works fault.
