While Remodeling my kitchen i asked contractor for an estimate on replacing my wood balusters with iron. Response was I don’t mess with stairs as it requires an expert but I can give you someone I know to give you an estimate. I took one baluster off and found top and bottom were 5/8” round. I ordered single and double knot hollow baluster and could not believe how simple this job was. Replaced 26 balusters in 3 hours. Bought a 5 dollar blade for miter saw and cut through with ease. I sent email with question which was answered in less than one hour, incredible response time, customer service was second to none. Quality and ease of installation hard to beat. Wife thinks I’m a genius, thank you custom iron works for a great experience.
