***This Base has a 1/2" square hole but only half way through in order for your baluster to sit in the pocket of the base rather than having the bar installed into the staircase, all other bases have a hole all the way through. ****
Screws that come with the bases remain in flat black even if other finish is chosen.
COMES IN FLAT BLACK (included in base price). Must verify color from the powder coating drop down menu.
